We are happy to deliver orders all over the world and require a signature upon delivery. Orders are fulfilled and sent Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm. Orders received after 12pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday. All orders must be received by 12pm to be processed on that day. If they are received after 12pm, they will be processed the following working day.
A signature is required at the delivery address before the goods can be released. If a signature cannot be provided, a card should be left by the courier to inform the customer of an attempt to deliver the goods. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange a pick up or further drop off of the goods if the original delivery is missed by the customer. Lucy Choi London can take no responsibility for goods after the first delivery attempt.

Free shipping for UK orders. (This does not include exchanges/returns. Please note that for any exchanges/returns, all postage will be required to be paid by the customer.)

Shipping and Tracking
Your parcel will be given a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your parcel has been shipped, it is then the customer's responsibility to track their item.
