RETURNS POLICY
Customer service is of premier importance to us at Lucy Choi London. Your confidence in us and the service we provide is our number one priority. We believe our returns policy is fair and open, however, there are some stipulations that we make in the interest of efficiency:
In the event of a return, we require that you return the new and unused goods to us with all the original packaging i.e. shoe box & dust bag within 7 days (UK), 14 Days (International) of receiving the goods.
New and unused means there are no marks on the item and that the item has been returned to us in its saleable condition. Upon receipt of an order, if any item is believed to be faulty, the customer should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day they receive the goods if they wish to return. Please note that Lucy Choi London can not be held responsible for any damage to shoes due to general wear and tear.
Please complete the returns form enclosed with you item(s). It is your responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches us safely, so you may wish to upgrade your delivery to a tracked delivery service. We regret we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.
Lucy Choi London will be happy to refund you the amount that you paid for the item but will not refund you the postage of those items to or from our offices. For any exchanges/returns, all postage will be required to be paid for by the customer.
Any refunds can only be reimbursed to the original card that was used to make the purchase.
